In addition to finding scholarly research, Google Scholar may be used to find federal or state court opinions. To get started, select the "Case Law" radio button on the Google Scholar homepage.

You are able to filter by Federal or State opinions by choosing the appropriate radio buttons; you may select individual courts using the "Select Courts" link. The default is to search through all courts. Use the search bar to input case numbers, parties involved or keywords.
The Library of Congress has developed a tutorial to assist you in use of Google Scholar case law discovery.
