Please be aware that Nomad is only functional on laptop and desktop computers. If you are using a mobile device, it will not work.
If you are not sure if Nomad is working on your device, confirm that the extension has been turned on in your browser (it should automatically be on when you install it).
If the Nomad extension is confirmed on, go to a Wikipedia page with academic sources, such as the COVID-19 vaccine page and check that the Merritt College logo appears on the bottom left of the screen and that the Nomad links show in the reference list. If links are not shown on that page, then Nomad is not working for you.
Contact your Merritt College librarians with any issues you may be having.
Ideally, bring your laptop to the library so that you may demonstrate the problem at the library Reference Desk.
