MEDAS: Disease and Medications Project

Use these resources to complete the Work Sheets and Patient Education Materials

  1. Begin with the Database: Health Source
  2. Then, use the recommended websites for information that was not included in the database
  3. Cite all of your sources in a Reference List at the end of your assignment

Reference List

Reference List Guidelines

  • LIST all sources at the end of your worksheet.
  • DIRECT QUOTES need to have in-text citations within the worksheet boxes themselves.
  • Follow the APA CITATION author-date method of in-text citation --> author's last name and the year of publication for the source should appear in the text, like, for example, (Jones, 1998). MORE INFO ON APA CITATION
  • For this assignment the Reference List uses the same font/spacing as the worksheet. DO NOT change to Times New Roman 12pt, double spaced font like you would for a regular APA paper.
