Career Guidance Resources: 1. Self-Assessment

Career Guidance for Merritt

Self-Assessment

Self-Assessment is the vital first step of understanding oneself. This understanding comes from looking at what career theorist and author, Robert W. Lent (2013)  calls " one's work personality, (e.g., interests, talents, personal and cultural values) ...in which one may perform successfully" (Lent & Brown, 2013).

This ebook is great place to start.
